岗位职责：
1\. 负责激光通信终端整体系统方案设计与技术把关 ；
2\. 协调各方向（光/机/电/软）团队，推进系统集成与联调 ；
3\. 负责方案、技术交流；
4\. 负责编制总体设计方案、测试大纲及验收文档 。
职位要求：
1\. 通信/光学/电子/自动化等相关专业，211硕士及以上；
2\. 至少3年以上相关行业经验，熟悉激光通信终端产品 ；
3\. 具备较强的系统思维、跨专业沟通协调与抗压能力 ；
4\. 文档功底扎实，擅长技术汇报与交流
