岗位职责
1.全面负责当地政府关系、实验室对接、市场开拓与运营管理，生产基地建设；
2.统筹卫星总装、集成、测试（AIT）全流程，组建并管理生产、质量、供应链、工艺团队
3.建立质量管理体系，确保产品符合航天标准及客户要求
4.对接总部研发、市场部门，支撑区域业务拓展与客户交付
5.负责基地安全生产、保密管理
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，航空航天、机械工程、自动化等相关专业
2.8年以上航天或硬科技行业经验，3年以上政府关系或公司负责人经历
3.熟悉卫星AIT流程，有商业卫星批产经验或星座建设经历优先
4.具备较强的团队组建能力与跨部门协调能力，有百人以上团队管理经验
5.具备成本意识与供应链管理能力，有航天供应链资源优先
