Operate production equipment and keep processes running reliably.

YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience with tools, machines, or ideally metal — from a job, workshop, or hobby
- Quick grasp of new tasks and a careful, reliable way of working
- Hands-on mindset and enjoyment of taking action
- English at least B2 level
- Availability between 6am and 10pm for 8 hours; two-shift system, no weekends or bank holidays required
- Training in a manual trade (e.g. locksmith, carpenter, metalworker, vehicle mechanic) or equivalent skills learned another way
Nice to have
- Experience in production or manufacturing
- German skills for daily collaboration
