主管工艺师一、职位描述
1.金属壳体全流程工艺管理
协助主任工艺师燃烧室金属壳体（钛合金/超高强度钢/铝合金）的工艺体系搭建，制定材料成型、焊接、热处理、无损检测等全流程技术规范。负责壳体制造工艺规划，优化生产线布局（如旋压、精密机加）。
2.关键技术攻关与创新
负责协助壳体制造中的核心工艺难题：如薄壁结构变形控制、异形曲面加工精度、高强材料焊接裂纹抑制、残余应力消除等。
二、任职要求
1.硬性条件
学历：本科及以上，专业为材料科学与工程（金属方向）/机械设计/机械制造/飞行器设计。
经验：3年以上航天/航空高压容器或薄壁壳体工艺经验；
2.核心技术能力
金属薄壁壳体核心工艺：旋压/锻造成型、特种焊接（真空电子束焊、激光焊、氩弧焊）、热处理变形控制、精密数控加工；熟悉航空航天行业标准、国军标及国家标准。
