1、具备航空航天、机械设计类相关专业硕士以上学历，或有5年以上航天工作经验本科以上学历；
2、熟练使用Catia、UG、Autocad、PRO-E，熟悉机械制图；
3、熟练掌握液体运载火箭各个分系统工作原理、工艺特性、工艺方法等；
4、能独立审查各专业设计输入的技术要求、文件、图纸等资料，并根据工艺要求提出改进措施；
5、熟练掌握液体运载火箭总装、部段装配的工艺流程，能独立编制各型号、各系统装配工艺规程。
